Reservation - Deposit
- For stays more than3 nights, the reservation is confirmed only after receiving a deposit of 30% of the total bill.
- For stays of 1-2 nights, the reservation is confirmed only after receiving a deposit of 50% of the total bill.
The deposit is deducted from the total bill at the end of your stay for the scheduled dates indicated on your reservation if the entire stay was completed.
If the entire stay was not completed, the deposit will be kept as partial payment for dates unused.
Cancellation
In the case of cancellation, in accordance with Article n°1590 of the French Civil Code, “all deposits will be kept”.
If you are unable to come for your scheduled reservation and give more than 3 weeks notice, your deposit can be credited towards a new reservation scheduled within one year.
For all last-minute cancellations (less than 48h before scheduled arrival), 50% of the total price will be charged to the client unless the rooms are rebooked.
No show
For all reservations where the client does not show and does not inform the management, 50% of the total price will be charged to the client’s credit card.
Animals
House pets are not accepted on the premises.
Article 1590 of the Civil Code
If a promise of sale is made with a deposit, either party can desist, though if the client desists, they lose their deposit; and if the company desists, they must pay the client double the deposit in return.
